Return Process

  Carefully pack the fabric or accessories in their original shipping tubes or boxes to prevent creasing or damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or ship via your preferred carrier to our designated returns processing facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
