How do I calculate how much fabric I need for my project?
We recommend measuring the length, width, and depth of your cushions or furniture. Always add 10-15% extra for seam allowances and pattern matching. Our customer service team is available to help with complex calculations.
Are your fabrics waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our outdoor fabrics, such as Sunbrella and Outdura, are water-resistant, meaning they repel water but are breathable. For 100% waterproof needs, we offer specialized vinyl-backed fabrics designed for marine or heavy-exposure environments.
How long does shipping take for custom cut orders?
Standard in-stock fabric orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom-cut yardage or specialized items may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping via your selected carrier.
Can I request fabric samples before placing a full order?
Yes! We highly recommend ordering swatches to see the true color and feel the texture of the fabric in your own lighting. Swatches can be ordered directly from each product page.
What is your return policy on cut yardage?
Because fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we generally do not accept returns on cut yardage unless there is a manufacturer defect. We encourage ordering samples first to ensure satisfaction.
How do I clean and maintain my outdoor fabric?
Most of our performance fabrics can be cleaned with mild soap and lukewarm water. For stubborn stains or mildew, a solution of bleach and water can be used on solution-dyed acrylics without losing color.
